🔎 Who we're looking for​

We are seeking versatile, high potential individuals to work side-by-side with the firm’s Principals in client engagements and product development work.

Qualifications and skills

• Applicants should have a College Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Engineering (required)

• A minimum of 1 year experience as a business consultant, financial analyst, executive assistant or related role (required), preferably in an international environment

• Fluency in English and Portuguese, written and spoken (required)

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

• Experience with ERP and accounting tools is valued (but not required)

🔑 Responsibilities

Business Consultants collaborate with the firm’s Principals to understand the business challenges and opportunities of clients, work with our product teams to design new modules and features, and enrich the knowledge-base embedded in products with new business insights and best practices. Business Consultants are also expected to assist the firm's Managing Partners in business development and the ongoing effort to professionalize our management and operations.

Client engagement

• Support client assignments, clarifying scope, assessing data and analytical needs, supporting data ETL (extract, transform, load)

• Build custom analysis and strategic initiatives, translating them into product specifications

• Manage relationship with key client team members
   

Product development

• Brainstorm with the product teams to design new product features and improvements

• Develop analytical tests for new features and provide feedback to the product development teams

• Curate specific modules of product knowledge-base
   

Management and operations

• Assist the Managing Partners as required, including financial and operational planning, managing infrastructure and resources, supporting recruiting efforts, etc.

• Collaborate in the business development effort, curating the marketing and sales asset repository, preparing and participating in client pitch meetings, writing proposals, etc.

• Help develop systematic and automated (administrative, operational, commercial, HR and financial) processes and respective system of record

We offer a fixed-term contract, for a full-time role under exemption of fixed working hours

You should be available to work from our office in Lisbon, with work-from-home days when needed/possible, and occasional travel
