We offer accelerated career paths across development, delivery, product and consulting functions. You should expect to be promoted with only 20 to 30 months in each role. Within 4-5 years after entry-level, you are given the chance to choose between a deep technical or a managerial path.

Open Positions
Human's Consulting and Product Management team interacts with our clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities, and works with the engineering team to design new modules and features to address client needs. This team is also responsible for continuously enrich the knowledge-base embedded in products. Consultants and Product Managers are uniquely positioned to grow their understanding of businesses across multiple industries as well as the possibilities, limitations and challenges of technology.​

​Entry-level requirements:

Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar.

​Human's Development team designs, develops, tests and maintains our products, platforms and infrastructure. Our Software Engineers have strong programming skills and the ability to solve complex problems. They have the opportunity to deepen technical skills and build-up collaboration and people management skills.

Our Delivery Engineers combine diverse skills across data engineering, product configuration, quality assurance, client interaction and support. They have a unique opportunity to have a fast career path, developing both technical and soft skills.
