🔎 About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Delivery Engineer to join our team and help bring Human Ready products to life for our clients.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who’s technically minded, curious about business problems, and eager to work with real users. You’ll help implement our software, support users, and make sure our solutions land successfully — all while learning how modern tech teams deliver value fast and well.

You don’t need to know everything from day one — we’ll help you grow.

🔑 What You’ll Do

​​

• Help configure, deploy, and support Human Ready software for new and existing clients

• Work with data (Excel, CSV, APIs) to migrate and validate information

• Participate in onboarding and training sessions with client teams

• Reproduce bugs, write help guides, and document implementation steps

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve how we work

• Learn to troubleshoot systems, read logs, and think through technical issues

 

⚙️ Example Problems You Might Work On

• Importing operational data from spreadsheets and cleaning it for use in the app

• Helping a client define the right user permissions for their team

• Running a product demo or training session for new users

• Creating a how-to guide for admins managing access or settings

• Reproducing an issue and writing clear steps for the engineering team to fix it

• Helping debug a data sync between our platform and a third-party tool

You’ll learn by doing — always with support.​

 

👤 Who You Are

​

Technical Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Comfortable with at least one backend language (preferably Python)

• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people

• Love solving problems, learning fast, and asking great questions

• Bonus points if you’ve used SQL, built a personal or academic project, or explored APIs or Git.

• Curious, fast learner — open to feedback and committed to improvement

• Analytical thinker who enjoys solving real problems

• Comfortable working independently and owning tasks

• Strong communicator — both with teammates and non-technical stakeholders

• Collaborative, flexible, and fun to work with

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and spoken
